This place is a gem. We stayed in the Mango Haus for a week and we loved it! We were greeted nicely and given a tour of the place as well as a ton of information about where to go and what to do in West Palm Beach. The house was spacious, well decorated, high tech (wifi, tv, security, lighting, AC, etc), clean, warm, and inviting. It had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use when we went to the beach. Bikes were available although we didn't use them (we had a car for the week). It even had a private outdoor pool and we used it a lot! Also, it's moderately priced and conveniently located. Overall we were extremely satisfied!

This place does not get 5 stars from me because it was rather expensive and accommodations were not 5 star. The Good 1. Quiet 2. Room was clean 3. Towels were changed every day not just the "3rd night" as what was previously stated. 4. Good location-walkable to "City Place" 5. Plenty of parking in front. The Bad 1. The person who greeted us rushed through it. We still don't know where the pantry is for bottled water. 2. Coffee cups are small. 3. The main area was locked during the day. 4. When we called to confirm arrival time -the man who answered was rude. 5. They provide two shampoos no conditioner. 6. The bed comforter/ pillow case is very odd -see picture will leave a indention on your face. The bed is not a true queen. 7. Fridge is very small. 8. Very pricey 9. The pool needed to be cleaned. 10. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Not enough fruit -only one warm option.

A Paradise ...sums it up. Clean, quiet adorable neighborhood with a dog park across street. Exotic Gardens views views views. What a lovely surprise.

Two thumbs up! This meticulously manicured Spanish Mediterranean style B&B is the perfect getaway spot for couples and families alike. The property is in close proximity to everything: 10 minute drive............Palm Beach International Airport 10 minute bike ride........Beach 5 minute walk...............City Place 5 minute walk ..............Kravis Center for the Performing Arts 5 minute walk...............Palm Beach Atlantic University The hosts, Rick Rose and Peter Emmerich, are local tour guides and offer city tours of the Palm Beaches daily in English, German, French or Spanish. We were there on business but we'll be sure to take a tour next time. In addition, guests can request a bike at no charge to use during their stay. I believe they offer bike tours as well. Here's our receipt for 1 night: Room charge............$119.00 Lodging Tax...............$5.95 Sales Tax..................$7.14 Total.........................$132.09 **Everything is clearly stated on their website which was a plus to me, as some B&B websites are not comprehensive. Again, two thumbs up!

This is the best B&B I have ever been to. You really don't see houses like the spanish colonial main house in Florida anymore, which is a shame, as this one is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Royal Poinsettia bungalow which had a massive bed, a beautiful bathroom and a private patio out back. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, without being overwhelming or cheesy. The hosts are friendly, patient and great cooks. Our european continental breakfast was top notch for the 2 days we were there with fresh cheeses pastries, fresh squeezed juices and a hot meal (eggs Benedict was phenomenal) with tea or coffee. Overall this was the most relaxing weekend getaway I have ever had. The house is peaceful, serene and within walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants at city place. We had fun and hopefully we will be back for our anniversary next year

I remember my first experience chez Rick and Peter at the Grandview Gardens B&B. I had just arrived for a return visit to West Palm to decide if my husband and I could move from our wonderful life in San Diego to this new and foreign land called "Florida." As you can see, Rick and Peter are a very persuasive duo. The historic Spanish colonial revival house is impeccable, with all the wonderful original finishes you see in grand Old Florida homes. The adjoining modern structure (built to match the style of the neighborhood) features immaculate guest rooms with luxury appointments. The neighborhood is so charming that some guests of the B&B end up buying a vacation home there. Heck, we bought our house here because it's such a great little enclave of interesting people and architecture. The garden atmosphere and pool court are the perfect spot to enjoy the European continental breakfast served daily, with cheeses, cereals, fresh fruit and terrrrific coffee. The B&B is just loaded with amenities, from guided bike tours to a mobile phone in each room. The B&B functions as a luxury hotel, and each day the staff clean the room and bath, and make up the beds. Peter and Rick are the perfect hosts, and I have lodged family, friends, and prospective students and postdoctoral fellows here. I know very little about West Palm Beach, only having lived here for a year, but I imagine that Grandview Gardens captures the real West Palm of years past.

This was the perfect answer to the" where can I get a quick getaway so I can relax and rejuvenate"? Perfect room, and touches like breakfast cooked to order were a bonus. Plus they had great tips about the perfect beach spot just a few minutes away. Absolutely loved it and will be my new go to place - like staying in a friends home! Highly recommended!
